All of our rentals require a $250 (USD) refundable damage and
security deposit, plus the first and last months rent. To secure your
booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on the first month rent, which
can be directly deposited into our bank in Mazatlán. There is a $25.00
USD cleaning charge on all rentals.
Utilities: water is always included, propane gas (cooking and
hot water) is covered in some units, electricity is always billed by CFE (the
national electric company).
Rental rates are based on double occupancy only, and are subject to a 15 % goods and service tax.
We will begin taking rental reservations for the 2010-2011 Winter season on July 1, 2010.
