• We receive bookings through the form found on our website for reservations. Collect and remit rents.
• We meet and greet tenants, complete and sign inventory form, familiarize them with all working systems such as the stove, a/c, refrigerator, etc.
• We will provide a folder of current activities, tours, maps, general city information for the tenants’ use.
• We can provide special welcomes for honeymooners, anniversaries, etc. as requested by the tenant.
• We will arrange for cleaning of units between occupancies if desired.
• We will manage and over see maintenance and repairs from our extensive list of qualified trades people at the owners’ request or needs.
